What to include when you write
None of this is required, but the more of it you can give us, the closer the first number will be to the real one.
- Your address
- Lot size and what we can see from the street tell us a lot before we ever come out.
- What you are trying to solve
- A symptom is fine. "The back corner stays wet" is more useful than guessing at which service you need.
- A few photos
- Wide shots of the area, plus a close up of anything specific. For irrigation problems, a photo of the controller helps.
- Rough timing and budget
- Even a range. It tells us whether to price the full project or phase it across seasons.
- Whether it is residential or commercial
- Commercial and HOA work is quoted on contract terms, and we can send insurance certificates up front.
Irrigation emergency? If a line is broken and water is running, shut the system off at the controller and close the main valve to the irrigation system if you can find it, then call us. That stops the meter while we get to you.
