Why we started
Most homeowners we talk to have the same story. The landscaper does not touch irrigation. The irrigation company does not do drainage. The mason will not warranty the patio because the grading was somebody else's work. Everyone points at somebody else, and the homeowner ends up as the general contractor for their own back yard.
We built this company around the opposite idea: one contractor who carries design, installation, irrigation, hardscape, drainage, and ongoing maintenance, and who is still there next season when something needs adjusting.
How we work
Everything is quoted in writing before anything is scheduled. The estimate says what is included, what is excluded, and what happens if we open up the ground and find something nobody could have known about. If the scope changes, you approve the change before the work happens.
We would rather talk you out of a project than sell you one that will not last. If a patio needs drainage fixed first, we will say so. If a lawn problem is a mowing height issue rather than something you need a treatment program for, we will tell you that too, even though it is the cheaper answer.
Licensed, insured, and local
We carry general liability and workers compensation coverage, and we are happy to send certificates before work starts. Property managers and HOA boards can request them directly. We are based in the Indianapolis area and work within it, which is why we can get back out to you when something needs a second look.
A note on new construction. If your home was built in the last few years, the soil around it is almost certainly compacted subsoil rather than topsoil, and the grading was done to pass an inspection rather than to move water for the next twenty years. We factor that in rather than planting into it and hoping.

Same day during the week whenever we can. If we are heads down on a job it might be that evening, but you will hear back.

You get a start window and an update when weather moves it. Rain moves outdoor work; not telling you about it is a choice.

Debris hauled, drives blown off, tools off the lawn at the end of every day, not just at the end of the project.
